Makan Apa Supaya Makin Pintar?

Yups, makan apa ya yang bis abikin prestasi kita di sekolah lebih cemerlang? Check it out!

Tips pertama, para pakar nutrisi sepakat bahwa vitamin B2 bisa memperbaiki daya ingat. Vitamin B2 tersebut dapat kita peroleh dari susu, pasta, roti, hati, dan sayuran berwarna hijau tua.

Kedua, penuhilah kebutuhan otak akan zinc dengan makan makanan laut dan biji gandum utuh non-olahan. Karena kalau kekurangan zinc, maka kita akan sulit berkonsentrasi.

Biji gandum utuh berbeda dengan gandum olahan. Biji gandum utuh masih terdiri dari tiga bagian yang menyehatkan tubuh, yaitu kulit luar, bijinya, dan sarinya. Kalau biji gandum diolah, kulit luar dan bijinya dibuang. Ohya, buah pisang juga sangat disarankan, karena buah pisang mengandung banyak vitamin B6.

Nah bagi kita sebagai siswa putri, kita perlu menambah asupan zat besi. Karena siswa putri sering terkena gejala kurang zat besi, yang ditandai dengan suka sempoyongan waktu berdiri, gampang capek, dan merasa kedinginan. Caranya adalah dengan  makan daging putih, kayak daging ayam, kalkun, dan hewan laut. Boleh juga makan selai kacang dan sayuran hijau berdaun.

Sekarang yang keempat. Jangan kebanyakan jajan junk food ya!!! Makanan cepat saji itu kan rendah kandungan gizinya. Selain itu percaya dehh, kadang saat belajar, kamu suka terganggu karena bawaannya selalu gampang marah dan tersinggung. Nah, mood jelek gitu diakibatkan kebanyakan jajan junk food lho!

And the last one. Jangan sampai kamu nggak sarapan sebelum ke sekolah. Nggak ada deh tu alesan buru-burulah, males, diet, dsb. Pakar nutrisi sepakat bahwa sarapan adalah bensin bagi tubuh kamu. Begitu bangun pagi, badan kamukan masih lemah. Biar bisa melaju lancer, butuh bensin dong? Itulah gunanya nasi goring, roti, atau sereal yang suka disediakan mama.

Sarapan dianjurkan untuk disantap dalam kurun waktu 30 menit setelah kamu bangun pagi. Sayangnya, banyak orang baru makan pagi setelah satu jam lebih. Bahkan ada yang biasa sarapan 4 jam setelah bangun tidur. Kebanyakan pakar nutrisi menganjurkan sarapan yang tidak tinggi kandungan gula dan lemak. Contoh menu sarapan yang baik adalah yogurt, buah, sereal, dan susu.
